Pagaya ships from Europe. We take care in packing every order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Because each piece is handled with care, we do not rush this process.

Shipping destinations and times

We currently ship to all EU countries and selected international destinations.

• European Union: 3–7 business days after processing
• Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days after processing
• International: 7–14 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Pagaya Passport members receive free EU shipping on all orders via their personal discount code.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs and duties

For orders outside the EU, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@pagaya.eu and we will investigate with the carrier.
