Return and Refund Policy

At Pagaya, we create limited-edition objects made with care and intention. Because of the nature of our production — small runs, deliberate design, and responsible sourcing — we ask that you read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@pagaya.eu with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Because our pieces are produced in very limited quantities, we cannot guarantee stock for exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
• Items that show signs of use, alteration, or damage caused after delivery
• Final sale or Passport-exclusive items, where noted at purchase
